The Eximius interior design and architecture team designed an open planned living area covered with one strip natural oak flooring and under floor heating system by Wolf. The living and dining will give access to a large terrace and access to the garden and pool with Core-vision “Cortizo” minimalistic windows. The all-around lighting is all by Jonathan Adler and Flos. Furthermore, we will integrate a Daikin invers air-condition system. Both the lighting and air conditioning ducts will be integrated into a ceiling recess for visual impact.
Eximius properties take great pride in using the finest brands in every development that has our signature. In this amazing Penthouse located in San Agustin, we will use two-tone designer kitchen units with Carrara marble and white laminated Marine wood giving it that modern look that goes perfectly together with the Natural Oak used on the kitchen island.
