The Eximius interior design and architecture team designed an open planned living area covered with one strip natural oak flooring and under floor heating system by Wolf. The living and dining area will give access to a large terrace and access to the garden and pool with Core-vision “Cortizo” minimalistic windows. The all-around lighting is all by Jonathan Adler and Flos. Furthermore, we will integrate a Daikin invers air-condition system. Both the lighting and air conditioning ducts will be integrated into a ceiling recess for visual impact.

The kitchen

Eximius properties take great pride in using the finest brands in every development that has our signature. In this amazing apartment located in San Agustin, we have used two-tone designer kitchen units with Carrara marble and white laminated Marine wood giving it that modern look that goes perfectly together with the Natural Oak used on the kitchen island. Furthermore, we have implemented a Nowy ceiling fan and Dormbracht taps. For home appliances we have fully integrated the Siemens IQ 300 series to give it that special touch.

The bathroom

The walls, floors and shower area are all Carrara marble, with very chic matt black Dornbracht taps and matching thermostatic, electric heated towel rails from INR. Furthermore, we have installed a concealed fixed chrome shower head and separate hose and handset also in matt black. The toilets are in white Villeroy Boch. floor-level heat is provided by Wolf underfloor heating.
